Reserving a puppy:

Our puppies sell quickly and we recommend you make a deposit as soon as you have made the decision to purchase a puppy. Picking position is determined by deposit order. Names are placed on our waiting list in the order we receive deposits. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Selecting a puppy:

Owner participation is strongly encouraged. Though you can not handle the pups until they are four weeks old, you can come and observe the litter. After four weeks individual personalities develop. We encourage visits, phone calls, and e-mails from our puppy families.

For those unable to visit, we will post progress reports and pictures on our website as often as possible, including updates on dewclaw removal, health checks, and vaccinations.

Pick-up:

Pups may join their new families when they are 7 weeks old. Appointments are scheduled according  to deposit order. If you are unable to come select your puppy, we will select for you based on the traits you like and dislike.

If you are unable to pick-up your puppy on the scheduled pick-up weekend you will be liable to a $5 per day boarding fee. You  must make arrangements with us in advance if you will not be able to pick-up your puppy as scheduled.

We schedule pick weekend and pick-up weekend once the pups are born.

Payment Accepted:

We will accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks, or cash for your puppy deposit. Final payment must be made by money order, certified check, or cash. Payment must be made in advance for any puppy that is to be shipped.

Shipping:

Shipping is available to most major airports in the nation. We will make the shipping arrangements, supply a kennel, health certificate and transportation to the airport. The fee to ship your puppy is $100.00 plus air freight, which is typically $150.00 to $200.00.
